103 Thunderbird Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Cadets, is a youth organization sponsored by the Department of National Defence and the Air Cadet League of Canada.
Boys and girls from the age of 12 to 18 are members of this active Air Cadet Squadron located in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

The 103 RCACS Range team practices at Pacific Shooters Association every Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., rain or shine. The 103 has with support from the members and directorship of PSA being practicing at this range and holding its Staff and Tri-Service Matches for some 18 years.
Due to the support from PSA it has empowered the teams to become one of this provinces highest ranking competitors. Teams over the last 18 years have not only ranked high enough to compete in almost every Provincial Final but to also go on to the National Competition and win!
The team has attained high standards of safety and training and count themselves luck to have use of such a fine facility.
