Juniors Program

Pacific Shooters is in the planning stage for the development of a Junior program at PSA.  The board of directors feel that it is important to help with the development of a junior shooting program not only to help with bringing new people into the sport but to also to educate the public on the shooting sports and the people that enjoy them

This program will allow junior shooters (those under 16 years of age) to learn the following:

• The basics of the shooting sports.
• The Safety of handling and using firearms
• Development of marksmanship skills
• Exposure to competition

The club will provide all the necessary firearms, safety equipment and facilities to make this happen. Juniors are also welcome to take part in the archery section of PSA.

What is needed is the right people to help run the program.  We are looking for club members that would like to help educate our next generation of shooting enthusiasts.  Please contact any director or the webmaster, if you are interested in helping with this endeavor.
